Great location, walk to Fishermans Wharf.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling and we were given a remodeled room. It was really nice, great windows that were so quiet! We couldn't hear a thing and we were right on the street. Nice angled layout in our room, very comfortable and roomy, nice bathroom, no tub. Would stay here again.

The initial greeting was somewhat informative but cold. There were no soap amenities in room upon arrival; an oversight which was quickly corrected. I observed housekeeping working hard otherwise. Also,poor service in restaurant on arrival; although it looked like the one person working the bar and restaurant was working hard; clearly understaffed. I think consideration of a separate light in the shower area, with new renovations, would be more practical. Internet, including high speed, was slow.

Overall was a nice experience for us. What I liked most was the staff at this Marriott who was very nice and helpful. What I didn't like was the room to room insulation which allowed terrible noises from our next door when some kids talked too loud at late night and early morning. However, I made a call downstairs to complain about the noises and the manager took care of the problem right away. With this being said I still highly recommend this hotel over any others for its location, staff, and reasonable price. One last thing-if you have a car, book a room with parking package!

Great location.

Pros: Near the wharf.
Cons: Add some amenities. Right outside my room window was a bushy tree blocking my view to the outside. I could have raised a stink but decided not to.
Location: Great.
No amenities, charge for basic TV, Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable hotel.

Very close to the wharf and lical buses, trolleys

MARRIOTT FISHERMAN'S WHARF; ALWAYS EXCELLENT

I've stayed here many times, since 1994, and I've always been impressed. Service - from front desk to housekeeping, is always prompt, friendly, and professional! Romes are roomy,clean, and nice, and well appointed. Mini fridge is a nice touch, and comes in very handy. Great location - two blocks from the wharf, and about 200 restaurants of all kinds are within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!
