We stay one night in March 2023. The location was perfect for us as we were flying out of the San Francisco airport early in the morning after one night stay. The toilet did not flush and the bathroom sink did not drain water. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were no shampoo or condition but just a bar soap.

Basic room, nothing special, nothing to complain about. I will say that I expected much worse (for no reason other than I usually stay in marriott/hyatt/hilton hotels) and the place definitely exceeded my expectations.

First, the room keys didn't work, then the 1st room we were in had a large puddle on the floor because the ceiling was leaking and had been for a while based on the size of the puddle. We were given a second room, next door to the first which also had a puddle on the floor. We gave up. Also, the rooms didn't have a mini fridge or coffee maker and we never even got to the WiFi but there were no instructions for such in the room. We've stayed in a lot of hotels/motels and this room was less than basic but the bigger issue was the leaks
