Old but good service

The staff are well trained and very amiable, responding to requests in a timely manner. However, the room felt musty and OLD.
The carpet was ragged and worn out, making me not want to touch it with my bare feet. The elevator was also very old and very slow, making me and other guests very impatient. It could be a great hotel if they renovated a bit!
