Hotel staff too busy watching tv

Pros: Large and clean room.
Cons: Needs many repairs.
Location: Close to Stanford hospital.
Bathroom door would not close properly, bathroom fan too noisy, room very cold. Furnace never kept room warm, even after being on for hours.

Relaxing retreat.

Nice quiet room, great jacuzzi tub in ensuite bath. Spacious. Away from the hustle and bustle, but a little drive to restaurants and activities.

Loud neighbors

Pros: I found a parking spot
Location: Gentleman's club across the street
The plastic laminate floors magnify sound. The people above me started stomping around at 1AM. I assume this is when they got in. It continued till 6AM when I finally left. The halls smelled like someone was cooking in their room. The sink drain had a rotting smell that made brushing your teeth a nauseating experience. I recommend sleeping in your clothes on top of the sheets with your jacket as a pillow.

Inexpensive hotel with decent rooms

Pros: guy working 3->11PM desk shift was nice - moved me from smoking room to non-smoking when I messed up my reservation. Really appreciated that.
Cons: It's an older place, rooms are dated, but bedding is new and room is clean.
Location: close to Facebook headquarters
It's not pretty or new for sure. But it was clean and quiet. It is rough around the edges, it's an older place, but the bedding was clean and new and the room/bathroom was clean. I will stay there again, for the price it works fine as an adequate place to sleep and shower.

Not a place to stay if you're a patient or disable

Even though advertising says whirlpool in every room - LIE! No elevator for second floor & no baggage cart. Prepay for whirlpool, but no whirlpool, no refund or credit. This place takes the "S" out of service.

Pros: - Clean rooms - Really good price - You get free breakfast in the morning which is great! - Good location - Free parking - Laundry Cons: - Wifi sucks - Room service is non-existent

We got in late, we didn't really get to utilize the facilities. They did have a buffet breakfast, not just pastries and bagels.
