The location is excellent! It is in the downtown area and very close to almost everything including the cable car station. The staff service is very excellent!

Valet was too rushed and very rash- wanted us to pull up on the sidewalk- with tons of people walking through the busiest time.. Check in was simple and nice- though we reserved a king w/roll away bed (clearly stated on email reservation) and the clerk said "You reserved a room with a single bed, but we'll upgrade you to a king with a pull-out".. Ok. The pull out was sooo bad, we had them bring up a roll-away after all. We did the breakfast buffet on Sunday- it was absolutely awful, and definitely NOT worth $30 each. Wow. Our room was clean though, which was nice. I expected more from a Hilton, however. We won't be staying there again.
