Close to everythingPosted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: Location, staff
Location: Right on Union Square, a vibrant hub in the city
A nice hotel, of course, but what most impressed me was the management's responsiveness. Huge value for the location and quality.

it was a great enviroment. full of lifePosted Nov 23, 2015
Everything was perfect..except i didnt know you had to pay for a microwave, no fridge, and im a gamer, and the input on the tv didnt work. just noting, insignifigant because the place is great. Highly recommended. Just 2 things i wasnt notified of, and one that doesnt matter. 5+ stars

Great locationPosted Nov 22, 2015
This is the second time I stayed here. My first stay at the hotel was a better experience then the second one. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The lock in the bathroom was broken but it was not a big deal. Over all the room was nice . Alittle nosiey this time around as there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the cable cars, BART, restaurants and shopping.

The neighborhood is one of the worst in America.Posted Nov 19, 2015
The walls were so thin I could hear prostitutes and their patrons all hours of the night. People even tried to get in my room by mistake at 3 AM. I did not sleep a wink and left my meeting a day early from pure fear.

Great Market Street LocationPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: Great location! Steps from the Powell Street cable car stop; 2 1/2 blocks from Union Square; across the street from the Powell Street Bart station.
Cons: Update bathrooms for more counter space.
Location: Great shopping all around between Union Square and the Westfield Mall. Bart station across the street so easy to access from SFO.
This Hotel just became a Hilton property six months ago. Rooms are nice, though bathrooms small. Tower facility keeps you above the city noise, unlike some of the more historic properties. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Overpriced, no wifi, no fan in bathroom, terrible view. However in good location to see all of San Francisco.

Convenient location - high quality accomodationsPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: Facilities and location are both excellent.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Hotel is very convenient to BART and other public transportation. Rooms are luxurious (but small as this is SF). Very modern décor with good service. Highly recommend. Already looking forward to staying there again.

Nice hotelPosted Nov 9, 2015
It's a nice hotel, a huge hotel but no room service. It's ridiculous to experience spending over $300 on a room and not even having the luxury of ordering food in your room. They don't provide free breakfast with your stay either and they don't provide free wifi which is the most absurd thing in today's world.
