A place to sleep

A clean broom closet with meager amenities. Very loud hotel on a busy street makes it a bad choice for light sleepers. Staff constantly distracted and not focused on customers.

Affordable hotel in SF

Pros: Walking distance to many sites and to Bart transit.
Good value for the price. Small room but clean and comfortable. However, next time must have room not facing the street. Extremely loud street noise late into the night.

Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Love the old school lift. Location perfect.

Unfriendly staff

I arrived 4 hours early and asked to check in early. I was simply told no because it wasn't 3pm yet. I asked where I can park my car and I was told, "There are many parking structures in SF" Then we experienced an emergency and had to check out 1 day early. I asked for an adjustment and the staff said no. You have to check out on the day of an you HAVE TO CHECK OUT ON TIME AT 11am!!!!!!

Closer to a "hostel" than a hotel

The staff were helpful, and polite. The room was clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed. However this room was noisy from either side / outside and smaller than expected, with limited facilities (no phone/fridge/coffee machine etc) not suitable for business use (no table to work on). Whilst I have never stayed at a hostel, I would suspect this is what it would be like with individual rooms. As a business traveller, would not use it again.

Stay in SF

Very near Union Square, Piwrll and Market. So centrally located and screwed to everything is very convenient. Lots of Bars and restaurants in the area. One block from the Hilton and other big brand hotels which are 3 times the price but similar location. I would recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to sleep at after one's been out for the day.

Location: Close to everything. Great location.
Everything was great, but the room is small. The room is small, but surprisingly was really clean.
