Lengthy checkin process. Additional nightly parking fee though no public parking option exists. Room a/c outdated and slow to respond. Upon check room was 75*, took over 90mins to cool down to 68*. Rundown finishes. 3 star amenities and location at 4 star price

The overall stay was great but the room itself wasn’t as clean. When we left for the day and came back the sheets weren’t changed from the night before. I like the hotel it was nice and the in room service was great.

Generally good hotel. Occupancy rate seemed to be low during my stay. What I didn't like is -- they charge 20$ amenities fee per night -- which is on top of what I paid in Expedia. This was totally unexpected, so I thought it was unfair.

We loved this hotel! It was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. This felt very high end with a great price-point. Would recommend and stay again.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed did not have a sheet. Despite calling the front desk to request either a bed sheet or a room change, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of attention to basic amenities greatly impacted my comfort during the stay. Furthermore, the next morning, when I attempted to use the iron to press my shirt, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. This added inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

This is a fantastic hotel with a fabulous staff. The bar has excellent drinks, and the restaurant has scrumptious food. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are luxurious. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely stay again if I get to go back.

The staff at the bar and reception desk are very unfriendly. They double charged me for my room and I had to ask for refund twice. I found hair on the robe in the room which made me wonder if they wash them. Everything is super over priced. I am never coming back here.

The main floor was nice as it sits along the water and the restaurant was good. The rooms need to be upgraded and the walls are very thin so you could hear next door which made it hard to sleep at times.

We stay here often. At least every 8 weeks. Overall a good experience. The staff are good, except for one cranky woman at the front desk. She seems unhappy in her job and unwilling to offer customer service. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors to cut tags off of our baggage that was in our room. She said we would have to bring our bags down to the front desk from our room! We ended up getting a steak knife from the very nice guy at the restaurant to take up to our room and cut the tags. A very simple thing, but made difficult by an employ who doesn’t get it!

We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because of noise and someone that kept trying to open the middle adjoining door. Service at the restaurant downstairs was good. Overall, the front desk staff is very inaccurate and may mess up your reservation (Sending you to a double bed instead of a king), or put you in a bad room. Overall the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It's not even close to a star IMO.

Coming back to the hotel at 1:30AM my key didn’t work on the door. Two trips to the front desk to reprogram the key didn’t work. Security walked me back to the room and saw mine didn’t work and their master key didn’t work either. A call to maintenance and another trip down to the front desk and back to my room finally got the door working. It’s not 2:AM. Then the people I the room next door came in and started aren’t and throwing thing around. They left and came back a couple if times slamming the door so hard my bed shoot. Then the female somehow licked the man out of the room. He continually tried to talk to her through the door and constantly knocking. She would occasionally crack the door open and they would argue. Finally after an hour and a half if this I called the front desk and they came to remove the man. It’s not 5:30AM and I’ve had not sleep. Worst. Night ever in a hotel!!!!!

My stay annually for Christmas
Refrigerator in cabinet had some previous spillage in the back. Makeup mirror not working. Lighting in bathroom not very good for putting on makeup, especially without the makeup mirror working. Front desk kind and pleasant. Other than what I mentioned, the room was clean. I actually recommended this Hotel to a friend to stay at next year. I feel personally very safe when staying at this Hotel.
