Lack of cleanliness and rude staff

Posted Jan 27, 2016
Cons: Hiring people with actual customer service skills would help them.
My boyfriend and I had done some painting in the bedroom and needed a place local to stay the night. This hotel was cheap... I guess you get what you pay for. The check in process was just ok, the front desk clerk wasn't welcoming in anyway (no smile and monotone thought the process) but that was tolerable. I go up to my room and it was an updated decent looking room, or so I thought. I pulled back the sheets to get in bed and there was a stain on the sheets by where you lay your head. I pulled the sheets back further and found another stain. I was pretty upset and called down to the front desk. I didn't get any form of an apology was just told to come down and get a new room. I did so, but then when I went to the new room my key didn't work. I realized the incompetent clerk never even gave me a new key he just wrote down the new room number so I had to go BACK down to the front desk to tell him. I was given no apology for this either. To top it of the new room I was given was outdated and smelled of smoke. I wouldn't stay here again it's not even worth the cheap prices.

Clean comfortable room. Close to the Airport

Posted Dec 17, 2015
The hotel was exactly as advertised on Expedia. It is nothing fancy, but if you just need a clean comfortable room that is near the airport, you could do much worse than the Ramada. There is a free airport shuttle, a rudimentary fitness facility and a continental breakfast consisting of waffles, toast, bananas, apples, juice, muffins, cereal and oatmeal. I would stay there again.

Nice room and facility but less frequent shuttle

Posted Dec 6, 2015
Pros: cleanness
Cons: shuttle bus frequency
The room was clean and comfortable. But I had to wait a shuttle bus at the airport for one hour.

Check in experience was not the best. Managers seemed as if he was unhappy to see customers. No hello no thank you not even a single smile

Nice Enough... I Guess...

Posted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: Location, free parking
Cons: Customer service, rust and mold in bathroom
Location: Close to airport, plenty of places to eat nearby
Based on the other reviews we were expecting a little bit of a nicer experience. It wasn't terrible, but the rust and mold in the bathroom, and terrible service of the front desk workers (like we were bothering them) when checking in and checking out and trying to buy water and get a few extra pillows was less than expected based on the reviews. Overall it was close to the airport and didn't break the bank for just the one night before we flew out. It did the job sort of nicely.
