It was close to a lot of things and the room was very modern and nice. I definitely will stay there again.

Pros: The bed was not bad. The room was fairly clean.
Cons: The management's attitude. They have no concept of customer service. That doesn't fly with me.
Location: Not far from the airport, SFO, 15 minute drive in the Tijuana Taxi. It is near San Francisco.
Over nighted prior to morning departure. Located in a seedy part of San Bruno. Hotel management are not American. First, they make a point of advertising a free airport shuttle. When I called from the airport the guy I spoke with had no idea how to tell me in his very broken English where I should be to meet the shuttle. After dragging my luggage around the terminal for 20 minutes, I finally ran into the shuttle by accident. The driver was rude, condescending to passengers, and drove like a Tijuana Taxi driver. I don't think he likes his job because he really is not good at it, despite his blatant request for "generous tips". Front desk at check in was disinterested and condescending. I found my room on my own up one floor. No directions from him. The hotel could be decent with a little cleaning and repair. The TV didn't work and it was occasionally loud outside with kid playing in the court yard banging trash cans. That would be the same courtyard with the sleeping homeless man next morning. The bed was OK and I slept alright. I was tired. I packed up and caught the delightful shuttle back to the terminal in the morning. The driver never announced where we being dropped off or if our stop was upcoming. He merely got out to retrieve the luggage, which I got myself, saving that "generous tip". Breakfast was not bad. Amused by the manager arguing loudly in the lobby with his housekeepers over which days they worked. That was a two language argument.

Horrible customer service

The property was pretty nice and parking was good. We did have a problem with the dryer. We washed our clothes and when we went to put our clothes in the dryer it wasn't working. This is after we called down to the front desk to ask if it was working and they said yes. We told the front desk attendant about the dryer and all he did was give us back our $1.50 and said there is a laundry mat around the corner. We had to carry all our wet clothes 3 blocks to dry them and wait 45 mins in a laundry Mat. Not something I wanted to do on my vacation. The front desk attendant didn't apologize or give us any money off our room. He was foreign and hard to understand. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any one because of the horrible customer service.

Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: Availability of room services at night time
Location: location is great. near to every place you want and needed
We really enjoyed our stay. nice and quiet. Parking space is always available. Accessible to everything we need.

close to the airport.

receptionist seemed very impatient & annoyed when it came to answering questions or asking him for help. when i arrived to the airport i called them to have the shuttle pick me up & his directions were very unclear & he promptly hung up the phone leaving me confused. i ended up using uber to get there. in a wrap they have terrible customer service.

Pros: The beds. Ramada has great beds — always has. I stay here just for that.
Cons: Well, they could cut the price in half and double the size of the rooms. Other than that, they offer great value already.
Location: As a business traveler, proximity to both the airport and San Francisco are top of mind. Hotels nearer the airport in this city are less expensive.
Not only convenient to SFO, but to San Francisco and environs. A very short drive from downtown SF gets you better room rates and more choice, and Ramada is a great choice. The wifi is free, of course, but it's fast, too. The rooms are spacious enough to include a dedicated work area.

Big non smoking room

Pros: Size room. Room did not face busy street. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Maid service did not show up until almost 5 pm to make the bed. Breakfast was dismal. Not one bite of protein. Carbs galore. Great coffee however.
Location: Walk to a fast food restaurant and a Mexican restaurant if you did not have a car. Bus stop across the street to take you to BART.
I had a quiet and large room for the price. Comfortable king size, non smoking room. Clean. Hotel had a small area in the lobby that you can purchase snacks, water, soda. Over priced, so I would bring your own. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Best coffee ever tasted, Farm Brothers coffee.

Way better than other inns and hotels in the area

It was a very nice stay, and the rooms are very spacious which is always a positive. The bedding and everything is nice and comfortable. Not many hotel rooms have a table with chairs as this one did, but it was deeply appreciated. My only complaint is just that the decor is outdated and the bathroom light kept flickering. Other than that, it was an outstanding stay and will be back! More than recommended

Ripped off by hotel staff

Pros: nothing don't stay there
I had an early flight and so instead of waiting for the shuttle I asked the front desk employee to call me a taxi so I could go directly to my gate. He asked if I had cash and said it would be $22 and I should give it him. My mistake for falling for that but I was exhausted from travelling and knew a taxi should be about $20 so I played along. Turns out he called his friend's Uberpool which made 2 more stops before the airport and dropped me off last. One of the other passengers told me it was a $5 ride. So the hotel staff stole from me. I would never stay there again.
