This was the second time we've stayed there. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very nice.

Nice location but needs better cleaning staffPosted Nov 5, 2015
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Keeping it clean
Location: Tons of stuff--- there is a shopping center and behind it is the rail and downtown Redwood City.
Location is great so is the affordability compared to other places. The facilities inside look good but when I find sticky carpet stains, left over tissue on the side of the bed on the floor--- it makes you wonder. Free breakfast is very limited but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The most unfriendly concierge I had in my lifePosted Oct 23, 2015
The most unfriendly and ignorant concierge I met in my life. How they manage to be in business is a mystery to me.

We book this on-line after we learned that my wife was not getting out of the local hospital until late so we did not have to drive home after midnight

Location was key for mePosted Jul 25, 2015
Right across the street from the Cal Train station and within walking distance of the office the location was the most important thing for me. The rooms are pretty good but the towels are threadbare. The breakfast is poor (even for continental) and I chose to eat elsewhere.

Horrid stay. Would never return.Posted Jul 22, 2015
Cons: Let the guest control the temperature. Fix the electrical. Get a new TV remote. Buy new box springs and mattresses.
Location: It is close to Whole Foods, Safeway, dinning, shopping.
The room was hot, old and tired. We turned on the AC and it remained sweltering. Finally, after 2 hours we complained to the desk and he said he would fix it. Despite the fact that he never came to the room, the unit then began to put out a little cold air, however the room never went below 80 degrees. During the night it again stopped putting out cold air...just the fan. Management obviously control the heat from a master unit and was stingy with the AC. The clock didn't work at all. The hand held TV remote had no back on it. Only the bottom electrical outlet worked in the bathroom. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Basically, it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone..

Clean, comfy, good locationPosted Jul 6, 2015
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is good too, and there's a grocery store and a few restaurants just across the street.
