We have always stayed at Marriott brand and I can honestly say this was the first time I was disappointed. The room was dated - torn carpet in many areas, burn holes in carpet, not enough cutting utensils, floors sloped and made creaking noise anytime you walked. Bathrooms were not cleaned to usual standard - case in point. My shampoo is blue in color and had left a ring in the area where I placed it. When I returned to my room - the ring was in the same spot - never cleaned! Also, garbage can in kitchen not emptied.

Thank you for reviewing our property. As you can tell, we are in need of a major renovation. The facility is scheduled for an upgrade and remodeling this upcoming year and will address many of the issues you faced. I will be sure to talk to our housekeeping department and make sure they are properly cleaning our rooms.
