Hotel is walking distance to Pier 39 & Safeway

Bring a jacket or sweater if traveling in May since the weather is still a tad chilly. Apart from that the trip was amazing as so much to see & do. Couldn't avoid not renting a car to drive along the Pacific Coast.

Went to SF for Bay to Breakers - the hotel was the perfect location for the run and for activities along the wharf. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly & accommodating to our needs.

Good Location

Good location and really close to Fishermans Warf & Pier 39 as well as Alcatraz Cruises.

Clean room Nice accomadation

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location.our only issue was there was no fridge in the room and I've never heard of only wifi in the lobby. If you want internet u pay for it.

Disappointing

The hotel is run down and if your room is over looking the bus terminal it is very noisy. There are Breyer option for the price point out there.

Pros: Friendly staff and clean
For the price you pay, other hotels in the area are the same. The room was clean but as most hotels in the area the room is small. The bathroom is extremely tight. I have paid for hotels in the area for a much cheaper rate with same quality. There is not much sound proofing in the rooms, we could hear the street noise all night.

Bleh, plus I found a bug-looked like a roach

The staff at the check in desk and the little cafe were not friendly and downright rude. I found a bug crawling around. I'm pretty sure it was a roach. The bell hop staff were the only nice folks but probably because they get tips.

Good hotel with a great location.

Pros: Very convenient location. The hallways and room were clean. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Cons: Fix the vending machine or drop the price at the snack bar. $5.29 for a bagel seemed a little high.
Location: Very close to the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
The hotel itself is ok. I am assuming that it has seen several additions as it seems pretty fragmented, but the staff were always friendly and the location was great. It was close to the Fisherman's Wharf area and the street car stop was just across the street. All of the staff that we encountered, whether concierge, front desk or cleaning, were always friendly and helpful. The hallways and room was always clean but there wasn't a single vending machine that worked in the building and the snack bar was too pricey, so we had to walk down the block to a 7-11 or across the street to Safeway, if we wanted snacks or drinks.
