Nice hotel with easy access to San FranciscoPosted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: Just about everyting
Cons: We had a second floor room so getting our bags up the stairs was a bit difficult. An elevator would have helped.
Location: Two shopping areas within 5 minute walk with supermarket, restaurants, retail stores and theaters. BART station made getting into city simple.
A short one block walk to the San Bruno Bart station and a $4.15 one way ride to downtown SF. It was a great way to see SF without the hassle of a car and parking. The hotel breakfast was simple but satisfying. The food at socials during the week were tasty. Good place for families with small children to safe money on food. Lots of working folks staying there too. With a supermarket across the street and gas grills outside and a kitchen inside, meals were no problem. We ate most of our lunches and dinners out but having the option of making our own meals was great. They do what they call light housekeeping if you are staying less than a week - means you get clean towels and a made up bed every day but sheets are not changed. Pretty much what you'd do at home so it didn't bother us at all. You also have the option of asking them to change sheets more frequently if you want. Enjoyed the opportunity to meet other guests too. Staff was always helpful. Shuttle to/from SFO was very convenient and timely.

Great hotelPosted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
The 2BR, 2BA suites were the perfect fit for our family while in SF for a wedding. Each suite comfortably accommodated 6 people. The rooms and the entire facility were very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was fantastic!! and accommodated those with food sensitivities, and the coffee was good. The location, being right in the airport's flight path can be a bit noisy, particularly on the upper floors, but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Also, it is located one block from shopping and a BART station.

Not bad, but a few caveats.Posted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
I have somewhat mixed feelings about this property. It seems primarily geared toward business travelers on extended stays. The units are set up like small apartments. Our kitchen was small, but functional. The pool area was also quite small, but clean. The front lobby had serviceable free breakfasts, and midweek appetizers and a few types of wine/beer. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, especially since you are right under a primary departure path for the San Francisco airport. Trust me--no window in the world can shut out the sound of an Airbus 380 going over you a few hundred feet off of the ground! One last note: this hotel is about 2 blocks from both a large shopping mall, and the San Bruno BART station (which is very scary after dark!).

Good stay overall, difficult to sleep because of jets flying over.

Great place to stayPosted Apr 20, 2015 on Hotels
We stay here often due to the close proximity of the BART station and a restaurant just across the street that stays open quite late. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit noisy with the planes so close, but they don't fly all night so not really a big deal. There are no King beds which we are used to at home, but we are usually only there for a few nights. Our last two stays (only one night each), we got a bed that rolled us into the middle. Other than that we love this place and will continue to stay here.
