When we got up to our room it was chilly so we changed the temperature then left for some sight seeing. Came back and it was still cold. That's when we discovered the windows in our room had been left open. Didn't like that there is no fan/vent in bathroom to keep it cool while showering, therefore you are stuck in a foggy hot bathroom trying to get ready. Didn't like that there was no little shop for late night snacks or toiletries. Went to the expensive hotel restaurant then decided to go to the bar for some drinks. Way too small to be comfortable. Ordered a drink and after 10 minutes of not getting it we got up and left. The bartender was too busy having a personal conversation with other patrons and helping people who came in after us first.

Wonderful location to shopping and transportation. We did the Big Bus Tour and Cable Cars - did not need a rental car until we left San Francisco. This hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful.

Decent hotel in city. They should drop the sales pitch when you're checking in to the hotel. People typically want to get to their room,not be bothered about coming back to hear about "opportunities"

This is a real hidden gem in San Franisco, great location, rooms are new, clean and spacious, great amenities in the rooms. The only issue we had was the time share sales pitch which was thrust upon us at checkin after many hours of travel, it was not really appreciated, although the staff were nice and when we said no they did not pursue, but they did ask a couple of times during our stay when we were in the lobby. This should not put you off staying at this hotel great value for money.
