Decent

They make you pay extra for wifi that barely works, not good for business travel. The stationary bike at the gym was in disrepair. The TV stations were static. These sound trivial but when paying a premium they do stand out and impact the overall experience.

Business Hotel

Posted Feb 12, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free WifiFree Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi Free Wifi vFree Wifi
Location: SFO,
This is close to SFO airport, with free shuttle service every 10-15min. More aimed at business travelers than families due to pricing. Its about 20min by Uber to San Fran city, so is a bit out of the way. Is clean comfortable etc. Breakfast I ddint have as there is a starbucks on site so that was enough for me. Beds comfortable. Its a little old in the bathroom front but thats ok Negative is wifi, still charging when the rates is in excess of $400/night is crazy.

It was okay for 1 night

Posted Feb 11, 2017
Pros: Close to airport, shuttle in every 20 mnts, quiet hotel and close to quick service food area.
Cons: Better housekeeping, better bed-sheets. Some 3 star hotel have better housekeeping and comfort bedroom than this.
Location: Close to airport and fast food
When we arrive check in was quick, went into the room but found some dirt in the sink! sheets also lots of dirt and food stain. Straight call the reception for changing room and the concierge was really nice and help us move and received breakfast vouchers compliment which was nice. Staff are friendly and help full. We only stayed for 1 night as we have to go again the next day. Pool and spa was relaxing. The room is quiet and had a good night sleep. Was surprised the hotel was an okay rate consider the price is high, for comparison We just got back from LA Anaheim and the hotel Best western with 3 rating star is way better than this. It was okay for 1 night stay, but its too pricey which I can find a better place in with the same price.

Nice hotel close to airport.

Clean and quiet, this hotel was a great choice for an early morning departure. Room service was prompt as was the free shuttle. Only downside was the worn out bathrobe and a few of the pillows didn't seem to have been changed from the previous guest.

Would have been nice if there were more frequent shuttles to the mrt and nearby area (i.e.convenience store)

Convenient and No-Frill Hotel, Near to SFO

Posted Feb 5, 2017
Pros: Cosy, proximity to the SFO (takes approx. 10min to get to the airport), and free shuttle is provided too to get to the airport.
Cons: Transportation downtown (Union Sq or Pier 39) could be better, as there is no direct public transport nor does the hotel provide hotel transport.
Location: Didn't much much chance to explore the hotel vicinity, but there is a WalGreen just 10min walk away from the hotel.
Stayed 2 days in the hotel, and the hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the airport. Generally the condition of the hotel room is excellent, with sufficient spaciousness within the room. Bathroom, gym facilities were above average to say the least. However, the hotel does not provide free WiFi service, meaning guests will have to pay a nominal sum daily to be able to use the internet facilities in room.

A bay view across the road

The room was in need of having the carpet replaced, beadspresd/comforter very worn with unsettling stains. Ok for the price but they don't seem to be keeping the rooms in shape. Nice employees. Parking at $25 per day seems excessive.
