Nikki was a wonderful host. The location is fantastic, right next to the Presidio. There were many good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. This is not a fancy hotel, and it could certainly use a few updates, but the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful.

They werenrepaving the parking lot so parking in SF was crazy but lucky we found a spot around the block. Safe and nice area. With food right next door.

My wife and I traveled to SF to celebrate Valentines day and found this super friendly sevice and convenient location next to The Presidio. Walkable neighborhood and safe location close to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Marina bay and the Palace of Fine Arts. Chestnut Rd offers fantastic food and activity. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Area is within walking distance to different food options. Short walk to bay and palace of fine arts. Area is quiet for being in such a busy city SF. Beds are comfortable as well.

Great location, very friendly staff, easy parking, dining available within walking distance. Older renovated motel, very clean, comfy beds, wifi and cable tv. Would stay here again.

Came to run my dog with Bay Area Urban Mushing at Chrissy Field/Presidio. Front desk is so warm and welcoming. Location is ideal and dogs are welcome. Comfy bed. Not fancy, just great. Will be back.

Overall the staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms are decent for it's ratings and the location is convenient. I recommend this for a great dog friendly hotel.

The staff at the check encounter were awesome with help navigating around the city with public transit and just any questions we asked. Property felt safe and it was comfortable. Just wish they had an elevator!

The room was okay, could hear people above us walking heavy. The breakfast was okay but was surprised to see a bowl of hard-boiled eggs in a bowl that everyone was touching and eating. At a previous hotel the eggs were individually wrapped, a better idea, germ free.

This is a good and basic motel in a great location. Staff was wonderful — friendly and helpful. The property is basic, but well kept. We had two double queen rooms. One was tiny and one was of adequate size. The bathrooms are tiny. I only used the bathroom in one of the rooms, and the floor was dirty and the overall bathroom was a bit grungy. To be fair, I did not request that the floor be mopped, and just wiped the dirty edges with a towel. The rest of the room was basic, of average cleanliness, and serviceable. The beds were fine. The AC worked well.

Staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to go around the area. It was safe and convenient with easy bus access. We also appreciated the continental breakfast and even though there were only a few tables you could take a tray to your room. Close to the Golden Gate Bridge!

We had amazing time! The location is great, thought parking might be tricky but it wasn't bad at all! walkable distance to Palace of fine art and other good restaurants, wonderful staffs. Only one thing, sound insulation is not good, but with this price in sf stay, I would stay here again!

Travelodge Presidio
It's a really pleasant and mellow place to stay. I love the coffee provided in the room and they have an excellent shampoo and conditioner. The makeup remover really came in handy. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. Check in and check out were simple, rapid and courteous.
