Maybe just maybe a return. I'm not sure I want to add anything. The best part was being in San Francisco.

Construction.. No breakfast..no restaurant inside

I would have like to be advised when there is construction going on and would have been advised before I booked this hotel that there was going to be a hotel charge of Admin fees totally $116.28 on top of Expedia booking charges...

Vile odor. Noisy rooms. Overpriced.Don’t stay here

We arrived and as we went to our floor the odor was like sewage. The rooms are very small and poorly configured. The noise from the street feels like your down there. Every cough and conversation can be heard. Sadly there were road works all night too. The wooden blinds fail to block light and the curtains are merely ornamental. We moved 100 meters up the road to the Westin. It was almost the same price and it’s a palace in comparison. A cleaner walked into our room after knocking and waiting 1 second.

Central Hotel to many attractions.

Pros: Very central. Hotel being renovated so I am not sure what is changing. There are power plugs in tables for adapters which is a great idea.
Cons: More staff at check out times.
Location: Cable cars. Union square. We walked a lot so found many points to view.
On arrival we were greeted by pleasant reception staff And because we were early Our room was not ready so our bags got Checked for our return at 3 PM, we were in room 733 at the end of a hallway. The room was very quiet which was good. The room was clean. The bathroom shower fixtures were broken so it was hard using. The towels were clean. The bed only had 3 pillows which is odd. The elevator is slow but luckily we Had no problem.

Dirty, smells of mold, rude manager (zuleika Diaz), poor security, wall paper pealing from the walls, ghetto, DO NOT GO HERE, NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!!!!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good air con
Cons: Overall we had a great stay -if I had to be picky, they have two small elevators but only one was working while we were there.
Location: Excellent location walking distance to everything we needed just around the corner, Union Square, Street cars, all the fantastic shops and eateries.
We had a fantastic stay in San Francisco and I believe that where you stay makes a big difference in the overall experience. We found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. It's in a fantastic location within walking distance to fabulous shops and places to eat. Considering its busy location our room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. If we were to visit San Francisco again, I would be more than happy to stay at Villa Florence again.

Beautiful San Francisco

Location: Breakfast: Sears fine food, Honey-Honey, Caffe de la Presse Dinner: Joanne d' Arc (OMG), Scala's Bars: Starlight room, Bartlet Hall Museums: SFMOMA
Closest hotel to Union Square without breaking your bank account, waiting for city permits to open their own restaurant, but the restaurant is not really needed, there is plenty of places around to go, the cultural diversity of the city offers plenty of different cuisines within walking distance, besides the cable cars runs up and down Powell Street, just in front of the hotel!

UNEXPECTED CHARGES,

Cons: Claritity on the charges from the hotel and expedia
Yes, the hotel is nice, location is awesome and the staff is good, but when I checked in I had to pay usd 25.00 additional per night that was mentioned on the small letter from expedia, the dissapointing part is that after paying to expedia directly usd 1100, I had to pay addtional usd 25 per night, surprisingly at the time of checking out, I received an invoice from the hotel only for usd 800.00 although they collected from me almost usd 1250. Bad

A maze

The room was like a maze to get to. The bath tub had water coming back up it was so disgusting.

Credit Card Charged Again Two Months Later

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Customer service needs to be improved, and there needs to be a nighttime manager on-site to address customer concerns.
I made my reservation through Expedia and paid the room in advance via PayPal Credit. Upon arrival at the hotel I was told there were additional administrative fees that Expedia didn't cover, so I still had to give my card information. I stayed in this hotel the night of 8/13/17, and when I checked out on 8/14 I was charged the outstanding admin fees of $38.76. I specifically asked and was told I now had a zero balance. On 10/11/17 I checked my account and noticed there was another $180.96 charge pending from Villa Florence. I immediately called the hotel and was told the GM was the only one who could remove the charge but she wasn't in and would give me a call upon her return. She never called so I tried calling again and was told she left for the day. (There were no missed calls on my phone.) In fact, I was told ALL managers leave at 5:00 PM. I'm now told she will call tomorrow. Regardless of the outcome, I will not be returning to this hotel.
