The only thing I would change about this room is the coffee maker needs to be easily operated. This room had a professional type coffee maker but no instructions on how to use.
The room was nice and clean. The service was great. But WIFI didn't work in some area of the room.
Executive level was lovely - staff was great and the "goodies" offered were wonderful. Will book that every time we can at HIlton. Shuttle to airport was on time and very efficient.
Comfort, convienence, personable staff throughout. Luxury amendities
Great value. Absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely stay again.
The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, modern and spacious. All of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and made us feel like valued guests. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Water pressure in the showers was not strong enough.
History of the building and role in San Francisco Developement. Well located near Chinatown and the financial district Good restaurants nearby. Right on trolley line
Beautiful hotel and right across the street from Ferry Building. Close to many SF attractions. Staff is friendly. Very happy with our spacious room. Wished we stayed longer!
Heating/cooling system was really loud and woke me several times in the night. Turned it off at night after first few nights. Moderate noise from street traffic but it is the price you pay for being close to the action. Loved the decor.
The hotel is beautiful with old architecture and was grand in its hey day. Staff was friendly. My room was great, clean, pretty, quiet (and the hotel was full!). However, the neighborhood is awful! Homelessness abounds and there are not any good restaurants nearby, not the fault of the hotel but ...
Nice modern rooms. Beautiful lobby and pool area. Would definitely go back!
Alot of stores near by and places to eat. Close to the airport. Staff was really nice.
We have stayed here 2 times in the last 5 months and would consider coming back. The housekeeping and bar / restaurant staff are top notch. Great food too! The locations and style of the hotel is nice and welcoming. However, we found the outlets inconvenient in the bathrooms (not near the sink / ...
It’s everything you would expect with Marriot Marquis. The View Bar is awesome. Sunset or Late night the views are worth the trip up to the 39th floor. Room was recently remodeled as the hotel has been remodeled. Very nice. Tech updates. We chose a suite. It was very large in size. Very close to ...
Housekeeping not crisp. Had to call down a couple of times to fix things, slow service in bar area and a lot of staff look unhappy (except for the front desk). Overall a nice property with free access to Equinox but many of the staff not in “Four Seasons” mode.
Staff was very nice, although service at Tratto was marginal...since no room service would be nice to have coffee pot in room...also, at 5 o'clock wine was not set up...loved room decor, bedding was fabulous..bed incredibly comfortable...
everything is great 👍 Pleasant staffs Great services
