Dirty room

It was a horrible stay. The room was all dirty, the shower with hairs, the carpet with stains, etc. The food was nasty.

Good for a short stay

Excellent breakfast and generally friendly staff . It is an old hotel. It means bigger rooms than average as well as bathrooms but it does look a bit dated. Overall a nice place to stay- especially if you can get a great rate

Stayed at this hotel the night before a flight ... made reservations for the returning night but cancelled 4 days before.. still booked us for the room .. I had to cancel through the Company "EX" because the hotel said we booked through a 3rd party .... after returning home after checking our credit card they had charge the room stating we were a no show .... completely unwilling to look at emails showing I cancelled the room ... unprofessional in only out for money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ... no corporation.. Or even the thought of listening ... Never use expedia and never stay at this hotel .. they will not only overcharge you with fees you will not vatch .. they will charge you for rooms you cancel within policy...

Perfectly nice hotel

We use this hotel, and have previously, as an overnight resting area on the way from Detroit to Hawaii, with the break in S.F. This hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a free shuttle from it back to get our morning flight. The few times we've stayed here have been consistently good, with clean, well appointed room. It is quiet, even so close to both highway 101 and the airport, and the bed is very comfortable. For the money, it is a good choice for our needs. Oh, yeah, it also has an included breakfast. Decent enough.

Great airport hotel

Perfect location for an early flight. Free shuttle bus, great breakfast & friendly staff. Only very minor observation is that there is no restaurant, but the one right next door was ok. Comfortable & large room.

Nice hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was great.
Cons: The picture of the hotel shows there is a swimming pool, but there isn’t one.
Location: Very close to the airport.
The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Chris, the trainees, that works the front desk.

Disappointment

We knew we wouldn’t be arriving at the hotel until about 11pm because of the time our flight was scheduled to arrive. Therefore, we PREPAID IN FULL for 2 rooms, each with s king size bed. Upon our arrival, we were informed that although we had paid for 2 rooms, each with a king bed, they only had one king room. So, the second room was 2 double beds (not even a queen size)!!!! They explained they had a given us s free upgrade with the double beds because it had a bay view (all we could see at that time of night was the parking lot)!!! The clerk said it didn’t matter that we had paid for 2 king rooms (I showed her the confirmation) because had filled all the king rooms. THEN when we tried to purchase some of the items from the grocery section, she wasn’t prepared to take cash so we had to charge it to the room. I do want to note that after approximately 6 hours we checked out the following morning, I called the hotel with a question. The gentleman who answered was very courteous. He followed thru with getting the info I requested and promptly called me back. We have stayed at several of the hotels in that area (Aloft, Westin, Marriott, Hampton Inn)....we will stay at those hotels again. We will not stay at Bay Landing again!!
