Nice and quiet location. Relaxing

Amazing breakfast. Relaxing rooms quiet location towel change every 3rd day but over all amazing hotel and the price is always good.

Comfort Inn SFO Airport

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Breakfast Car parking charge!
Location: Industrial area Not much
Found dirty towel under sink Room was clean Breakfast was buffet, bavon eggs etc. Very busy and had to wait far longer for items to be replenished (cooked) than i should have. They know how many people they have per night! Thin walls and people arriving 1-3am with little or no consideration for others. 5 mins from airport car hire rental $6 car parking. Really your in an industrial area not on airport. Just a cheap way to make money. Very close to raileay line, but i didnt hear any I had room 135

Nice hotel, but...

As Comfort Hotels go, this hotel is just as good as the rest, but a few things to consider. The room is not soundproofed at all, which is not a huge problem except you are right next to both a major interstate, as well as a commuter train track. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a room on the far side of the hotel, instead of getting one (like I did) that is immediately adjacent to the highway and railroad tracks. There is ample parking, but be aware that despite being out by the airport where guest parking is normally free, this hotel charges $6.60 a night for parking. Lastly, be ready to hunt for a more substantial place to eat as you only only have fast food and gas stations nearby. Took me the better part of half hour to find something which turned out to the restaurant of the hotel that would have stayed at if this Choice hotel was not less expensive.

Yes, we have a Caltrain depot next to out hotel and are within eyesight of highway 101. For some of our guests, this is a positive when the guest is new to the SF Bay Area and does not have to travel far to reach these transportation routes. The hotel does provide free breakfast, but all other meals falls on our guest. Did yo know downtown South San Francisco is only a ten minute walk from this hotel and has many family oriented, sit down restaurants to choose from? Please consider giving us another opportunity to offer a superior experience on a future visit. Thank you and we hope to see you again.

It was a comfortable place overall. The staff was friendly. the breakfast had a variety of selections for people with specific dietary needs.

We spent 2 nights at the Comfort Inn and we were most satisfied. Clean room, quiet and an excellent breakfast.

Convenient and Clean

Close to airport and offered a free shuttle to and from airport in early morning hours. Room was spacious and clean.

Room not ready on time!

My main complaint was that the room was not ready on time. We even called ahead to let them know what time we would be there and it still was not ready on time! Other than that it was a great stay!

Nice hotel close to the airport

I like that they have shuttle service, free buffet breakfast and a heated small pool. Only thing I had issues with is the air conditioning that will turn itself off in intervals at night then turn on back which makes noise and wakes me up. Also there’s certain hours that the train passes by and you can hear it.

The air conditioner could have been remedied by one of our staff but the train schedule could not. The same train system offers direct service to downtown San Francisco, one way, for less than four dollars.
