The room is over priced for the service. The room was incredibly hot and the A/C did not work. No USB connections in the room so I have to go to Target to buy one. Tried to get one from front desk and was told to go the hotel next door. Parking was ok. Overall the hotel is a bit dated, for the price they are asking to you to pay. Only real value was that it is only 10min from SFO so handy in the morning.

Very convenient walking distance to Gilead

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, conveniently located
Cons: double queen room layout, shuttle
Location: Great for walking to Gilead offices. Shopping and great eats walking distance.
Room setup makes working at the computer desk difficult (queen bed directly behind it). Bathroom shower should have handheld showerhead. Other than that the hotel and staff very nice. Most disappointing was the shuttle to airport. Leaving only once per hour is not good.

Location: Location is good
On arrival receptionist offered to upgrade our room to have complimentary breakfast. Next day after having breakfast at the restaurant, we were asked we need free coupons for the breakfast which should be given to us the day before with room keys. When my husband went to the front desk telling her that she forgot to give us the coupons, she completely deny that she upgraded our room. Very strange and unprofessional I think she was afraid because her manager was looking at her!! Very very rude and unprofessional.
