When we arrive the whole place needed to be Lysoled down and then we had a cockroach in our shower, felt like the room was dirty and grimy. Other than that the place was easy to find , ample parking , quiet neighbors (full time residents there) and nice staff. Not sure if we’d stay at this location specifically again but would stay at another property or hotel in the same area.

Our room smelled cigarettes. I complained and what the staff did was gave us Fabreze spray. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't come and clean the room not even once. I will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

You get what you pay for
This stay felt like a trip on Frontier or Spirit Air. The price was low, but for a reason. The breakfast was pathetic. The same offerings every day we were there (7days). Nothing for someone who is diabetic or someone who can't have caffeine. When I needed a plunger, it was like I was asking for a free night. Overall, not a great stay.

We liked that the property was well maintained. The rates were very comparable to the lesser, well known properties in the area. I mean the other hotel has plain walls, no in room coffee, Painted a hideous orange... Extended has a larger more comfortable room,and full sized refrigerator, convenient kitchen, full size table with chairs a recliner and a not quite continental breakfasOh,and windows that open to allow a fresh breeze into the room. Yeah! We'll be back! Well worth the few extra $$ to stay at Extended Stay!
