Good value for the price. Near airport. Shuttle Bus can be a long wait since it not a dedicated vehicle. Shared bus with 5-6 other establishments.

Better than most airport hotels

Room is very large, friendly front desk staff, clean quiet and comfortable. Will definitely come here the next time we need to stay overnight before an early flight.

Gateway Disappointment

The check-in person was an angry and rude woman. The room was okay, the location was okay, but the main takeaway was the rudeness of the front desk staff on check-in.

Nice hotel close to airport

Last minute reservation...could pay cash. Nayome was so friendly and helpful!! Will certainly stay here again...

Comfortable and convenient

Spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, on-time shuttle to airport--all good. Breakfast or coffee would have been nice--but not essential. A welcome change from previous night where, for the same price, we got a tiny bare room with a distinct cell-block feel!

The service was great - both the girl at night - Lisa and the person in the morning, and the facelift is going in the right direction. The only drag is lack of TV channels and the shower did not have HOT water.

Very forgettable

We needed the feral for saying in the morning at 4:00 a.m. they threw us in the middle of the street winning for the shadow at 4:00 in the morning and wasn't the nicest area of town very unsafe . My wife was very scared I had lost some money with me and I could not believe that they lock the door on us and lockers outside .

Wonderful Property

I have no idea why this hotel is only 2 stars. It was a great place to stay. Our room was clean, the bed was great and the service was perfect. We required a shuttle to SFO the next morning at 6a and it was right on time. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we needed to.
