No mention of hotel being under construction!!! Hugh mess and hot tub was not working. Long walk to main building for breakfast.

made reservations through expedia on Sept 7th arrived 30min after the clerk told me I wasnt in the system and that they have been sold out since 5 hrs prior. disappointed because I love your hotel and I had to go else where. When I arrive home Sept 8th in LA I check my emails on my home computer and I was showing a reservation to arrive on Sept 8th conf # and charged my credit card. I called the hotel they canceled clerk was very helpful but I dont want this to accure on my next visit.

Nice hotel going through renovations

The staff is doing everything possible to make the stay comfortable during their renovation process. Very helpful and considerate staff.

The room was very nice and clean but the bed was too firm for me. I woke up with body aches.

Acceptable because of the price

Lots of construction going around the building staff not welcoming Felt like I was at a construction site walking into the office need breakfast service in both buildings or you will have to walk to get your breakfast not a clean atmosphere to walk through train tracks forklift garbage not something you want to walk to go get your breakfast..... however the rooms were very clean and comfortable

Overall Excellent Experience!

From our shuttle pick from airport to hotel and back, check in/out and overall stay...each staff member we encountered (Monica, who checked us in and out, our shuttle drivers, housekeeping) were all so welcoming and helpful! We were excited to find out, we would be staying in one of the newly remodeled rooms! Loved the color scheme and very cozy beds.

Great hotel by the airport

We needed a last minute hotel and this was an excellent option. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pretty comfortable beds and excellent AC! I wouldn't say they have the best views, but proximity to airport was great!

So convenient to airport

Pros: proximity to airport (only 5-10 minutes unless it's rush hour!)
Cons: I am not sure if all rooms are renovated yet. Suggest that you ask specifically for a room that has been updated.
Location: We were tired after a day of driving, so didn't feel like getting back in car to go out for dinner. That seemed to leave just one choice -- Denny's.
I don't think we could have been closer to SFO, which was great since we had to return a rental car at 4 a.m. and catch early flights. This hotel is in the midst of renovations, so you have to access lobby in a roundabout way. The room was completely renovated/updated and was very nice.
