Awful

Pros: Nothing at all!
Cons: Yes. Close down and re-open as a motel 6 and knock $200 off the price. $66 is reasonable, but still overpriced.
Location: Nothing anywhere near except a Denny's. Once again...Awful. I dont take business trips to sleep at a Motel 6 impersonator and eat at Denny's. Awful
I only stayed here because every other hotel in the area was booked. I payed $267 a night for a hotel room that wasn't much better than a Motel 6. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. They were doing construction and the fire alarm went off every 30 minutes. Otter at the front desk set up wake up calls for me that never happened. I would gladly sleep under a bridge near that Motel before I would ever rent another room there. Also my toilet wouldn't flush a # 2. So that was also kind of nasty.

1 NIGHT STAY

Pros: UPGRADED ROOM
Cons: LIGHT FIXTURES AND THE OUTSIDE
Location: FOOD PLACE RIGHT ACROSS THE HOTEL
NOT TOO BAD FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. GOT THE UPGRADED ROOM THAT WAS LOCATED AT THE 2ND BUILDING IN THE BACK. KIND OF SCARY BUT NOT AS BAD THAN I THOUGHT SO. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. SOME OF THE PLUG INS LIKE IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. OVERALL NOT A BAD STAY FOR A NIGHT.

Hotel rooms are very nice; the part of the hotel we stayed has just been renewed. Breakfast was awesome and personnel very kind

No wood

I lost my close. Forget two men's suits and women's clothes and when I call the same day to pick them up they told me they did not see them. I think the one that cleaned the room did not report them. I am desperate for room service I would never recommend.

Great location/ near the airport

Pros: Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, great staff.
Cons: Carpet in room was very dirty. Would not walk in the room barefoot.
Location: Close to airport, shuttle service was great, Denny,s restaurant across the parking lot/open 24 hours.
Had an early morning flight, shuttle was on time, friendly/helpful staff. My only real complaint is that the carpeting in the room was in need of a deep cleaning!!!

Good breakfast - nice staff

We stayed for three nights in July and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is stocked regularly and even has a waffle maker! The room was clean and we stayed in the further building which is newly renovated. Would definitely recommend this hotel - good service for the price.

nice hotel

Cons: the area is not the best
great hotel, very clean, likek the room, the bathroom, lobby, breakfast. Didn't like the surrounding, train near by.

Great hotel

Checking in was easy. The hotel wasn't amazing but it was better than other places I have stayed. We had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel breakfast wasn't good but that's okay. I care mostly about the room and experience overall and I felt comfortable and safe here. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

Had stayed in a La Quinta in OFallon, Illinois which was very nice so that's why I choose this Hotel in San Francisco. Great choice, new, very clean room.
