Perfect location for SFO

Great place, awesome free hot breakfast. Was able to upgrade for small fee for a room with a view of runway and water.

Desk staff was rude and would not validate my three nights stay for their free nights program, saying we booked online line so the stay doesn't count.

We would like all of our guests to know that we only stamp our Tenth Night Free program cards with direct bookings, as most 3rd party websites already have their own rewards programs. Hotel close to airport

Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Wifi should work in the room.
Location: Good restaurant next door. Close to the airport
This hotel is average. Best thing is it is close to San Francisco airport. It serves breakfast. Wifi does not work in the room.

It was late when I arrive so I didn't see much of the facility. The staff was welcome mean it was an easy check in. Bed was comfy in the room was clean although a bit small but it was fine it was just me for less than 12 hours just to sleep before an appointment in the city. I need it to be able to be in the city by 7:30 AM it was a nice easy commute I left at 6:30 and arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early no traffic.

Good Stay

Pros: The cleanliness and the location
Cons: elevator needs some repair and TLC
Location: Perfect
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast. Best variety and prep of hot foods we have experienced. The only negative was the elevator was a bit run down and had a unpleasant order to it. Needs some TLC.

Definitely outdated and in need of some deep cleaning but it's affordable (comparatively speaking), the staff is really nice, and location for flyers is fantastic.

Disappointed in my favorite

I've seriously stayed at this hotel multiple times. The views are amazing to us and being by the water makes it all the more better. But on my recent stay I hated it! The AC UNITS to the whole place were down. And this happen to be on the hottest day in the bay on Labor Day weekend. I decided to stay thinking it would eventually cool down but that was a mistake. Literally had to sleep with the doors open and the people below us were smoking which this hotel is suppose to be "smoke free". Overall my experience was awful and for that we had to stay somewhere else the next night. I really should've asked for a refund or even a free stay next time. This was my go to hotel and now that may have changed by one bad experience. Sorry vagabond.

When the incident occurred we had offered discounted rates or free cancellation, as we knew many of our guests would want to stay elsewhere. No A/C - 100 degree weather!

Location: Very close to San Fran. airport. Located on the water.
I booked this hotel around 8/14/2017 for a Sept. 1st arrival. Upon arrival at 3 pm on Sept. 1st, we were told the hotel had no A/C. San Francisco was experiencing an abnormal heat wave with temps over 100 degrees. I would have expected a call sooner to let us know about the lack of A/C. I was told the A/C had been off for over a week and it was unlikely to be fixed in the next couple days. We were given the opportunity to book another hotel in the area with no charge. We were lucky to get a room at the Hampton for that night. The woman at the desk was polite and handled the situation professionally.

Don't book here it is in maintenance and worse

The elevator can not fit the cart and the building was on maintenance . I was tired carting my to bags and circle around to reach my room. Don't book here folks

Great view, terrible room

Staffs were nice but the room smelled like a cat litter. Great view of the bay though.
