“Checked in a little bit later than normal around 11:00 10:11 manager is super cool very easy in and out quiet you know you're in Inglewood you're a little bit on but tucked away in the back of the main road so you get what you pay for I don't mind going here when I need to and I'm going to pinch”

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
