"This property is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible tuscan valley views. Beautiful grounds. The staff was phenominal. Thanks to Michaele, Mel and the chef the experience was exponentially better. The head chef not only prepared incredible meals but he came out and grated each guest with a smile and a handshake. The drive to San Gimignano was easy and quick. Our only drawback was we paid extra for the Tower Suite so we can use the giant jacuzzi at the top of the tower but it only pumped out cold water so we didn't get to use what we paid for. I'm giving them 5 stars despite that because everything else was over the top good. "

"Below expectations for the price – nice location but disappointing experience We stayed for three nights in early April as a couple. During the same trip, we stayed in other agriturismos in a similar price range, and this one unfortunately did not compare well in terms of value and overall experience. The location near San Gimignano is very nice, with pleasant countryside views. However, the service and overall guest experience felt quite limited. Key issues: • Breakfast (€20 pp): limited and inconsistent selection (e.g. stale croissants, very basic fruit unless requested, no plain yogurt, eggs gone cold) • Short breakfast window (until 10:00), creating a rush with slow replenishment • Staff appeared very stretched, resulting in a lack of welcome and a tense atmosphere • Accommodation: annex building requires driving to the main property for meals; not very convenient • Kitchen available but guests asked not to use it • Dinner: fixed menu with no choice; food was good but simple; service felt canteen-like and not particularly atmospheric • Other points: • Pool remained covered despite warm weather • No takeaway breakfast offered for early departure (despite we paid for it) • Complimentary wine (Expedia Gold benefit) only offered at check-out, hence not able to enjoy it) Positives: • Nice setting and views • Comfortable bed • Good house wine Overall: While the property itself is pleasant, it felt more like the hotel prioritise their convenience. "Breakfast was absolutely epic—everything is made fresh from scratch daily, and you can truly taste the quality. This is a must-book spot. The countryside terrace views are incredible—waking up to that scenery every morning is something special. Rooms are cleaned daily and kept spotless, which makes the stay that much more comfortable. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure everything is handled. The location is perfect—right at the entrance of town, with plenty of sights to explore and towers to climb nearby. And the food throughout the area is amazing at every stop.
