"Close to Metro/Buses"
Very helpful and friendly staff, room was on ground floor so no stairs. Good location only short walk to Metro or bus stops and very good resturant next door. One of the tour buses stops nearby at the Basilica San Giovanni only five minutes walk so if you intend to use one is useful.

Great shower, right next to really big and cheap Supermarket, very close to metro, close to laundromat, nice breakfast (vegetarian options too) with awesome chocolate pastries - although come early because it was very sparse after 9:15am. Very friendly front-desk-guy (with great English), and really nice Barista during breakfast. We thought it was really funny that the word "elegant" was in the description for this hotel. Our room was neon orange, and this place has the tackiest decorations we'd ever seen. No bother though!! Keep in mind that there is an extra eight Euro tax per night, that you need to pay during checkout.

"Want to stay here again"
Pros: Near to the metro station. Very good breakfast, you have enough for the day. Nice kitchen & good staff. She baked a cake specially for us. Gave small gifts to my kid. Eateries around the corner. The staff even went out of her way to provide me things that were not in the kitchen. Cons: Rooms in the basement. But good ventilation. Need to contact the B&B before you go else no one might be there to receive you.

"Good hotel on busy street."
Hotel chosen for proximity to historic centre of Rome. Easy walk to Colluseum and bus tour stops. Excellent standard of room, very clean and well finished. Breakfast excellent value and bar food good as well. Only niggle is road noise throughout the night but with window closed the sound insulation is effective. Found a good Japanese restaurant on same block as hotel.

"Great location and great place to stay"
This is more like a B&B than a hotel, the apartment has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a communal lounge/kitchen where breakfast is served. The apartment is newly renovated and is clean and modern with a wardrobe, table and t.v. Breakfast was simple, pastry, rolls, meat, cheese, yoghurt, cereal, coffee and juice. The location was great, 10 minute walk from the Colosseum in a safe neighbourhood. There are places surrounding the apartment where you can grab a quick bite with restaurants walking distance, there is also a supermarket 5-10 min walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place and would return if we were back in Rome.

"Lovely B&B with fantastic service"
This B&B was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were simple but well furnished and decorated, and spotlessly clean. The continental style breakfasts provided (delivered to your door at the time you request) were fantastic and really set us up for the day. I have Coeliac disease so have to have gluten free food, which always makes me a little nervous when travelling. The B&B Santa Croce did an amazing job with my gluten free breakfasts, and I ate just as well as the others which really made my whole holiday much less stressful. The staff here are fantastic also. They were very kind, courteous, helpful and accommodating. The service was much more personal than I think you would get at a big hotel which tend to be a bit more faceless. The B&B was also very conveniently located. A ten minute walk from the colosseum and a two minute walk from Manzoni metro station, meant we could get anywhere in the city without any trouble. The area itself is a fairly residential area, which meant it was quiet at night and we were never disturbed by noise on the street, despite two of our rooms having balconies overlooking the street (very nice to sit out of an evening!). However in less than five minutes you could walk to a number of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, making it a very good combination of busy and quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B as the staff were fantastic, the facilities were good and it was extremely convenient for getting around the city.

"Nice hotel room in Rome neighborhood"
Very nice apartment that was converted into a hotel. It had a pleasant courtyard shared amongst all the apartments there. Very accommodating and spacious with all the amenities of a hotel. Julia was great and her personality made us laugh. The only issue I would say was the location of our room was right on the corner of a busy street so it seemed like we were in traffic when we opened the windows. But the neighborhood area itself was not filled with tourists and seemed to be mostly Italian citizens who lived there, which we liked. Overall we would definitely stay again.
