Great hotel, excellent hospitality & customer serv

This is a great hotel located in one of the best neighborhoods in Lima. What makes it more special is the personalized service you get from the moment you book your room, thanks to the attention of Daniel Davila until the time you leave the hotel. The whole staff makes sure you have everything you need and they make you feel at home. The executive lounge is great and the team there, Meylin, Miladin, Jazmín and Cristina are excellent. We went for a conference for a couple of days and extended our stay there for the length of our whole trip. We will definitively come back.

Convenient location in nice neighborhood. Great executive floor. Front desk very helpful. Rooms very clean. Good brunch.

very good hotel

it was a great experience. the hotel facility was in great condition. the room was ample and comfortable. Moreover, the room was equipped with air-condition and heat. the bathroom was also big and spacious.

Los defines experience

No air condition for 1 night, the air condition have sound, the carpet of the hallway are very bad, the bathroom is old, in general the first floor of the hotel (lobby) is nice and the neighborhood is very nice.
