Good Value but needs TLC
The Hotel is good value, the staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff who worked with a smile despite being not given the resources to serve the guests properly. However, this is not a 3 star hotel now, there is no WiFi in the rooms, the room has many small problems, no plugs in any of the bathroom sink bath or foot wash, the toilet seat was loose, there were stains on the walls and long black hairs left from former guests.

I liked the fact that the property was very close to lots of different amenities. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very noisy, doors banging, people shouting, running up and down the corridor. It was very scary, this went on into the early hours of the morning. This place needs at least 2 security persons at the weekend.

We booked this because our flight was cancelled and didn't want to spend the night at the airport. Whenn we arrived the queue was huge and only 1 staff member on, understandably they probably were not expecting the situation we were all in. The hotel is very dated and we had no hot water but we didnt care, it was 1am and it had been a long day. Wouldnt want to stay there more than a night but is convienant for the situation we were facing.

Nice 1 night stay
We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need much, just a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The place is clean but is very much outdated and needs renovation. The staff is very friendly and polite, the breakfast is basic but very good. I only missed some fruit, vegetables and eggs.

An overall decent place to stay for an older, budget priced facility. I would stay here again although it's disappointing that the pool and rooftop patio worth closed. The staff were all greatand really accommodating

Staff is excellent. A decent breakfast. Hotel description says there is an airport shuttle but there is not. However the green Titsa San Isidro bus goes directly from TNS to a stop only three short blocks away, costs about €2. Make sure you get off at the San Isidro bus station outside the Hotel Ucanca or else you will wind up an hour away in Santa Cruz.

It is true that to get from the south airport it is necessary to take a public bus for about 10 minutes or a taxi for about 5 minutes. We do not have our own transfer.

Good choice when need to be close to the airport
Wonderful reception, very welcoming and professional! Single room is good size, but bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Excellent hotel location, few minutes walk to San Isidro Bus Station.

Overall it was good stay the hotel is fine but the breakfast is a bit breakfast was a little bit basic and the rooms need updating yhose wooden bedroom furnishings must go....just go yo ikea and buy in bulk for every room a White set...that will be much better

The noisiest property I have ever stayed in. People coming and going all night, talking loudly and the road noise was extreme also. Made some friends with some coakroaches though

Ideal for a one night stop after arriving on evening flight. Bus terminus short walk away …. slight incline on way to hotel.

The hotel was only a 5 minute bus journey from the airport. I slept like a log. Convenient for a 1 night stay. Breakfast buffet was pleasant as was the staff. However, there were no blankets or duvet and it was cold overnight, the swimming pool was not open and I was unable to lock my room from the outside so had to take my bag down to breakfast

The staff were helpful & friendly. The location was ideal as it was near bus stops and the airport. Breakfast included great coffee, cheese, ham, rolls, boxes of cereal, donuts, tea & hot chocolate.

The room was very tired. Pubic hair in the bath. Chipped cabinet. Generally poor condition but it was only €30 inc breakfast.

The hotel is close to the airport, but the room was very old. Breakfast was the worst with just a few options I ended up just havinorange giù alt there was nothing else one could actually have combining the options available.

Friendly and basic hotel.
The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was very basic and the furniture look old. The toilet was not very clean having some suspicious stains. The walls are not sound proof and we could hear people walking in the corridors and the next door neighbour snoring. The breakfast was good and they opened it earlier for us upon our request. A bit overpriced in my opinion but very handy location near by the airport.
