Nice area, great staff. The only issue was the terrible noise from heavy traffic in Lima. The hotel needs sound proof windows. Still, they were able to provide me with a quiet room to make sure my staying was great.

3 star hotel that overcharges for everything. Stay monthly and they only provide upgrades when you grovel. Overcharge and refuse to refund funds. Completely inflexible . Managers are crooks

The staff was rude and inattentive. I was discriminated against because I am an American and my fiancé was discriminated against because she was a Peruvian associated with me. I was charged different prices and was even made to pay charges associated with my stay that others did not.

Location is great. Many good restaurants around the corner. Very important to take a room in the back of the hotel. Too much noise from the street (peruvians just love to honk at anything anytime if there having a reason or not). The window did not close/seal well so cold could enter. A bit of more fantasy at the breakfast buffet would be welcome, specially if you stay more than 2 days there.

Lovely hotel
From the moment my sister and I got out from the car, a person immediately came to us and assisted us with our bags. We were welcomed with warm smile and great attitude from each staff. They check us in immediately and got our room ready as soon as we walked in. The hotel is close by the airport and plenty of restaurants to chose from walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone is traveling in Lima.

We only spent 2 nights here after having stayed in MiraFlores in a different hotel earlier in the trip, I expected this to be better as it's a Radisson, and was disappointed. Location isn't great, staff never exceeded fine, and during one conversation were very rude. The actual facilities are fine, the room was big and it was clean. They have an onsite taxi. BEWARE! We used it to the nearby shopping mall (Jockey) and it cost 50 Soles. We got a different taxi back and it was only 30 Soles. When we got back I booked a taxi for taking us to the airport at 3am the next morning. I specified to please call a taxi and book it, not the guy outside. I double checked that it was booked before we went to the room. At 3am, I discovered the taxi had not been booked and that the only thing available was the guy outside who was going to charge 100 Soles. The taxi from the airport was 60 Soles on the way there. The guy behind the desk proceeded to argue with me that 100 was the price. I had to insist more than once that he call a taxi, and at one point he dismissed me with a hand gesture. We got a normal taxi in the end which only cost 50 Soles. Had we not left extra time, we would have been forced to pay twice the price. This experience soured the whole stay for me.

Small hotel in good neighborhood/ family oriented
Hotel is near very good restaurants, however the street in front is noisy and I hear kids crying in other rooms that didn’t let me sleep well. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety.

Travelling on business, arrived at 2am due to a delayed flight Concierge had literally my keys in his hands I was in bed no later than 10 mins after walking through doorstep. All I neede was there. Recomendable for business visits.
