Excellent Hotel

Hotel is located in a quiet area opposite to a park. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. However more variety is needed for breakfast.

Convenient but with "extra costs"

Had to pay $30.00 extra for a "double room". According to the staff, the hotel.com rate I got was for a single room. However, after we got back from our trip to Lima, we discovered that the price for a single, double or even triple room was exactly the same on hotels.com

I would like to let know that we have checked the mail that you send us with the rate that you found for weekends and as you mention is the same rate for single or doble room because it's a promotion that we do only for weekends. Since your resevation was during the week we made you the up sell for a suite only for $30.00. It was not for the extra person, it was for the different type of room ( up sell ). Because normally the cost is higer. I hope you can understand that this wasn't for taking advantage of the situation. Maybe on another visit to Lima we can meet and talk about the misunderstood. Good hotel in a great area but with one drawback

The hotel's neighborhood and location is great, safe and walking distance from good restaurants. It's next to a beautiful park where you can walk or jog. The common areas are very nice, staff was great, food was very good, the room size was a bit small to my taste but the main problem in the rooms of the section I was in, is the air conditioned (AC). Lima is very hot/humid and the AC is very noisy (I checked more than one room.) so you need to slee with noise (if you can) or sleep in a very hot room. Besides this everything was very good.

Excellent location

Beautiful surroundings, all you need for a business or vacation trip, great staff, some renewals needed and the beds could be softer, great relation price value
