Immaculate. Super friendly efficient staff at all levels. Great pool bar. Very nice lounge with excellent entertainment.

Comfortable and "fresh" place to be in San José

First I was surprised with a room upgrade, also a platter of fruits and sweets before night was a nice touch. All components of the room were working properly and all look new. Second, having a short walk through the forested garden was a relief from the madness out there in the streets few blocks away. Excellent food and staff.

a great hotel, this is the second time to this hotel. something in the room is little old, but aceptable.

We had a great stay. We spent 2 nights with our 2 toddlers (age 2 and 5) and it was very comfortable. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready at check-in, but the staff stored our luggage and we relaxed near the pool with some snacks. It is a little oasis in the middle of the bustle of downtown San Jose. Very centrally located, so most places we visited were a quick taxi ride. Only downside is that it is located on a busy highway, so nothing is within walking distance due to the busy road. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Pros: I really liked the fact that the hotel was only 15 minutes away from the airport. The hotel also provided free shuttle.
I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was also very close to downtown. The Taxi was right outside the door and ready to assist you.

Room on the highway

They put me in a room with the ice machine directly on the other wall and the roam of the highway right outside my window. I can only think it was because I got the room thru Expedia. Off season and the place was not full. I have stayed there many times and was very disappointed. I will not stay there again because of this.
