Good location, 10 minutes from the central market

Pros: location
Cons: room cleaning
Location: close to the central market, jade museum, and restaurants in Escazu.
Friendly, english speaking staff. They confirmed all of our excursions when we asked them to.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Everyone was very amiable and friendly.
Cons: Maid service should pay more attention to verifying all details have been taken care of (coffee packets, towels)
Location: Need to go by Taxi to get to most places, however, they are reasonably priced.
The Hotel itself was quite nice. Had problems with the maid service not leaving coffee packet for the next am. There were problems with her leaving enough towels, washcloths. When we call about this, they were always promptly brought up to the room. This happened 4 days out of the 7 days we stayed there. Felt the buffet was a little pricey. Other than that, stay was great!

Nice hotel

We used this as our stop over between heading to an eco lodge and back home. The room was lovely, the hotel was beautiful, they were very accommodating.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL

Pros: The restaurant and the breakfast buffet was incredible The pool area with Hammocks was a great touch.
Everything was phenomenal from walking through the door. Presentation was fantastic, staff was attentive, accommodating and extremely friendly.Grounds were immaculate and overall condition was superb.

Nice hotel

We took in the dinner buffet for $30/person USD. We felt it was lacking. It was worth half of that at best.

Nice hotel; convenient location.

Pros: Comfortable environment to be in.
Stayed 2 nights on business. Nice location, close to airport and city. The grounds are beautiful. Restaurant options are good. VIP room available.

Hotel experience was very good.

The hotel sevice was good and the food was very good. My only dissapointment was the room was not listed in my name, so when someone tried to contact us, they were told we are not a guess there. They finally sorted it out on the last day. The room was listed under Expedia.
