Could be my always go to hotel but.....

Ive found the deal through expedia. Already have stayed there few times in the past but this hotel is sadly not for me for the following reasons:
1.Check in and check out can take up to 30 min depends on the waiting line.. for me it was the check out this time.
2.room service, for me is very important since i use it a lot at my stays and particulary on that hotel since its on a hill and you cant go anywhere without a taxi. Room service should be important to the hotel as well since they earn from it. At all of my stays there including this one room service is NOT functional, doesnt take your calls most of the times, reception sometimes doesnt too...
3. Personalized service for frequent visitors doesnt exist. On other hotels, all of them actually the frequent guest that stays half of the year in the hotel like me is valorised and maintained. In this hotel the feeling is that they do me a great favor by letting me spend my money there.
Just realised after a while not going there that this hotels service is not worthy of the price paid.
Other than that all is excelente. Too bad.
