Came in from the airporr, quick check in, spot clean room, nice breakfast. 100% we'll be back when in San Jose
Booked a last minute trip through Expedia and the hotel was ok for the price. It’s a good thing they have a restaurant on site otherwise you will need to go a few km to eat. Very clean and cozy for budget hotel.
Expedia messed up my booking,, but the hotel fixed expedia's screw up.. The hotel was great a little older but more a resort and very comfortable. Great food, golds gym. Great pool. Very comfortable room, and resort.
Food was good. The valet parking staff was very kind.
After a long day of traveling the staff were welcoming and hospitable. Room was comfortable and extremely convenient to the airport
A very nice property, close to restaurants and shops. Super friendly staff and there's always hot coffee in the lobby! =)
Great place out of the way of the city. Close enough to the airport (took us about 20 minutes VERY early when there was no traffic). Beautiful crew of the city and nice clean room! More like a bed and breakfast. It's a very large house and each room is for a guest with common places shared.
This is a nice quiet neighborhood but on a direct bus line to downtown. Bus costs 310 colones or 50 cents US. About 20 min from airport. Gay friendly hotel with a small but nice pool, great sitting areas. Drinks were high priced and the rooms kind of small but everything else was great. Wonderful ...
The Best Hotel Experience i have ever experienced Ever, i recommend that you all go there if your in the Area, the Staff was Amazing and they really know how to treat their patrons, Thank You
Hotel is in a good location. Street and lobby noise was a very small issue for me. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Rooms could use a bit of an update (e.g., condition of floors, bathroom fixtures, etc.). Room safe was not working (was open and 'locked' so couldn't be reset). Breakfast ...
After arrival in Costa Rica and before a long ride to La Fortuna perfect place to regroup with 6 people and start out on our journey in the morning. Staff very courteous, rooms very clean and comfortable
The staff was pleasant, but very distracted. There was literally an employee laying on floor glued to his cell phone behind the greeter’s station for the restaurant. There was no air conditioning in our room, so we had to leave the windows open. Our room was next to the pool, so it was quite loud ...
Basic hotel, clean and friendly with free airport shuttle. Good value. Rooms facing street have traffic noise.
This is out second time staying at the Cristina, a very quite place, you can sit by the pool all day and read a book or walk around the area for food, good coffee or a quick stop at a supermarket. The hotel offer free good breakfast, the day shift can communicate efficiently in English (Elizabeth) ...
Juergen was the most entertaining and fun host ever. My wife and I enjoyed talking and drinking with him surrounded by the awe inspiring mountains of Costa Rica. He has the highest standards for his staff and entire property. We enjoyed bird watching, hiking, riding horses, a trip to the beach, and ...
Ruta Verde house exceeded our expectations! The host William was very kind, a great cook and even helped out with a situation involving a cab driver! The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view of the valley. We stayed the evening we arrived at SJO and the night before departure. Only 20 minutes ...
I was very happy with my stay of 7 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were great . The staff were very accommodating and even helped me with suggestions on some of my plans while there .
Great location near the airport but tucked away so it is quiet. My airport pickup and dropoff were at very inconvenient times but the hotel sent someone who was wonderful and on time.
This is not a good long term hotel - it is fine for an overnight while traveling - it is bordered on one side by 4 lane highway and commercial property on the other - their are no “views” you cannot walk off the property - their are no sidewalks - only safe way in and out is via car - we had a “suite” ...
