I loved the 70s decor but maintenance is a sore issue. Dusty, floors, old towels, old, rusty hinges, fixtures and door handles. It's sad, the owners could do a better job by investing in the property.

garden rooms nicely furnished and self-contained. staff multi-lingual, very helpful, esp. with tour bookings. communal kitchen, flow of interesting guests thru "hostel". near major park, pizza & other food nearby (e.g. AM/PM). downtown an easy 30 minute walk. plumbing mexican style, no paper down toilet. as 81-year old, enjoyed youthful atmosphere, 9 out of 10!

It is quiet but close to the park and stadium. A great variety of food available is walkable and it was very close to a great dentist.

Bath towels very poor condition, shower water backup not draining properly, no AIr Conditioner. Open glass ceiling in bathroom, shower very hot when sun shines.
