The is a clean and comfortable place to stay near the airport. I liked that they had laundry facilities. There is also a very nice breakfast.

Bug shells in my towel and I used it. Blood on face cloth. Food service staff rude and slow. Didn’t talk to us and gave me whatever for food not what I wanted . Wait a long time for a drink. My lugguge was lost and they had no comfort kids. Told me my breakfast was not included when it was. Pool area terrible noise around area. No cream powder in room.

I’ve stayed here many times. While the breakfast was bar none, the late night staff seemed not as interested in assisting. Also I had paid for a king room and got one with 2 queens..having arrived after midnight I wasn’t going to try to change..also, toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the sink faucet water squirted everywhere. Some maintenance needed.

They did not have a king bed as listed in reservation so we got 2 queens. We arrived late from the airport around 9pm and food was still available at restaurant in lobby until midnight which was a huge win! All employees have been super nice. Also AC in room did not seem to work. Room temp was not too hot but would of preferred it cooler.
