Terrible Experience, Never again at Marriott.

Worst hotel experience ever. We reserved a room for four people. We check in only to discover we were being charged an additional $15.00 because of my 10 yr old grandson (he was the 4th person) we reserved the room for four and we were still charged the additional $15. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn near the airport, but the on-line ad said the room came with free breakfast and they started serving at 4:00 a.m., since we had an early flight, we decided to try the Marriott. Upon arrival downstairs for breakfast, we were informed we were not getting breakfast without paying an additional $44.00 (no free breakfast). I indicated the ad said we would receive free breakfast with the room, didn't happen, I complained, and indicated I was a Marriott rewards member due to the reason I joined the $5,000.00 men's golf league in Los Suenos, Costa Rica, but still no results. The night manager (or mgr on duty at $4:25 a.m. she would not give me her name) was incredibly disrespectful and acted without concern. Needless to say, we went without breakfast. I have stayed at some of the finest hotels around the world, but never have we been treated with such disrespect and distain. Unless this is fixed VERY SOON, we will NEVER stay at another Marriott, I will wait an appropriate time for the Management of Marriott to respond before I blister the Marriott Corporation on ALL MY social media accounts and trip advisor for such callus behavior. Extremely disappointed ! ! ! ! ! !
