Roomy, clean and friendly

Me and my friend stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable. A lot of mirrors so it helped us when getting ready! The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. If I were to come back I'd book this hotel again! Thank you!

Wifi often very slow or did not work at all. Staff could provide a receipt on checkout

Nice and clean place

Pros: Excellent Customer Service and good accommodations
I got to the hotel late for the front desk personal were very professional and very helpful too. I left my car parked at the hotel parking lot for couple days and the were very nice and open about that.

We had no pillows

We had no pillows and there was lots of rust visible in the bathroom and shower. I could not take a bath or my kids a bath because there was no plug .

Close to the airport

The hotel front Gal was super friendly and efficient! She was very helpful and had a great attitude!

The room was clean but smelly (not good smell)

First time I stayed at Extended Stay America hotel and it was very disappointing. No room service and shuttle service.

the office was vacant, no one was there when i came to check in, I had to wait ~10 minutes.

Uncomfortable and noisy

Noisy, terrible beds, had to wait forever to get a room as they were overbooked. Breakfast is bad.
