The old hotel is beautiful, sort of like a southern mansion. Don't expect perfection, but the staff and view make the place quite nice. Easy to get a taxi if you are not driving, and the restaurant and bar on the premises are fine. Amazing views make a lovely place for and evening drink. Best thing was the staff--check-in, bar staff, and everyone else were fantastic.

This is a beautiful property and the views are spectacular. I think they need to add air conditioners to the rooms though

BEWARE. The hotel re-configured the 2 bedroom villa into one sleeping room with 2 King beds. Photo posted here in no longer accurate. No privacy for 4 adult people. When I inquired about the adjoining door which we had used previously their response was there would be an extra charge for this.

My second stay in the villa so I knew what to expect. We like the amazing view and privacy. Room service was good. Disappointed not more attention basic things like glasses, paper towels, table service. Food is expensive but excellent with a million dollar vista. Will stay again but probably select a different room that has a Jacuzzi.
