Handy to airport and shuttle available

Pros: Nearness to airport. Rooms.
Cons: Dining options.
Location: Walk to Denny's for dinner which was fine, otherwise longer walks for food.
Shuttle picked us up at Sansa terminal. Front desk exceedingly polite and knowledgeable.

Convenient

I need a hotel close to the airport as an overnight stay before going to and from the Pacific coast. The Hampton is 5 min from the San Jose airport and has a shuttle that makes frequent trips back and forth. The staff was particularly friendly on this trip, the breakfast good and the room comfortable.

Perfect Airport Hotel

Close to the airport which was perfect. Not many options for food though! They do have a shuttle that takes you to an area with my variety but the timing didn't work for me. Great stay and the shuttle to the airport the next day was extremely convenient.

Comfortable hotel near the airport

My friend and I stayed here the night before a flight. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Included breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Free airport shuttle was highly appreciated.

Perfect Rest before Travel

Convenient to San Jose airport

Friendly staff in general, good breakfast, comfortable room, convenient transportation to and from airport. Less than desirable availability of restaurants within walking distance, only Denny's. On the negative side, It was necessary to pay $20 to allow professional masseuse to come to room for massage.

Dear Traveler, thank you for sharing your comments, we really appreciate all oour guests' feedback regarding their stay in our hotel. We feel very content that your stay with us was a comfortable and convenient experience (since we are located less than a mile away from the airport) where you had all the services like our complimentary breakfast, free 24 hour transportation to and from the airport, ample and comfortable rooms and an attentive and friendly staff. We are very sorry that our policy regarding the entrance of people not staying at the hotel was not of your liking and we apologize for having such strict measures but said policy are for our guests' safety and convenience because we do not want people that are not staying as guests wondering around the hotel's corridors since we do not know if they are going to attempt or threaten our guests' personal belongings and security so we only let people in if our guests bringing them pay that fee and they provide us with the person's personal data. That way, we ensure the other guests' safety. Since there is nothing we want more than complying and satisfying our guests, if they are not pleased with the restaurants within walking distance, our hotel's shuttle can take them free of any charge to a mall about 5 minutes away which offers a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. Afterwards, the shuttle goes back, picks them up and brings them back to the hotel free of any charge. It was a pleasure being at your service. Thank you for staying with us. Best regards.
