This is my favorite hotel in San Jose. It is easy to walk to restaurants, the museum, and transit from here. The room was amazingly quiet - didn't hear any flushing toilets, etc. and very little street noise came through. Great free internet access also.
Very nice hotel.. just wish the icemaker worked. Bedside that was a great room.
Great Experience- Professional “ Above and Beyound Service “
Good, comfortable hotel that was walking distance from SAP Centre.
Close to the airport. Not as nice as the pictures make it out but everyone is friendly. The rooms are nicer than you expect when walking up to the place.
Good location to the civic center, its right across the street!
No problem was fast and easy
Excellent location in downtown San Jose. Room is standard motel room. Continental breakfast is just piles of bread and cheap pastries. At least on this weekend, very noisy until quite late--people party on nearby streets and the rooms are not soundproofed. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Very friendly staff, super helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again if I need to go to another event in the area.
Had a great time at Hilton San Jose, very nice staffs there. I accidentally left a personal item in the room after checking out, I called back, they immediately found it and fedex to me next day. Thank you guys so much
Close to airport. Nothing to look at but room very clean and comfofyable
About a 5 minute Uber ride to convention center. Neal was very pleasant at both check in & check out. Bang for your buck for sure. Thank you, Neal.
