Great place to stay for a night between

Very friendly staff. There are a few restaurants to choose from nearby, the hotel has everything you should need to get to and from the airport including a 24 hour shuttle

Easy access to the airport if you use the shuttle

Pros: The staff was friendly. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Cons: The carpets in the room appeared clean, but my white socks disagreed.
Location: Easy access to 3 restaurants in basically the same parking lot and also a casino. Easy access to the airport and to San Jose by bus.
This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good and there was always delicious fresh cut fruit. The airport shuttle was free and came often. You could even take the airport shuttle to the airport to catch a bus to San Jose, which is what I did once.

Best hotel near airport

I loved the covered walkway to Denny's, the luggage scale, and the airport transfer. All came in handy during my stay. This is the best hotel to stay in that is convenient to the airport.

Close to airport with free shuttle

A very pleasant experience for our last night in Costa Rica before a gruelling trip home. Staff exceptional and the free shuttle every 15 minutes from 3 am was a blessing. They even gave us a brown bag breakfast to take with us to the airport because we needed to leave at 4 am.

Rooms smelled bad.

Pros: Everything else was good.
Cons: Vent the rooms.
Location: Nothing to do nearby in San Jose during Spring Break. Everyone was at the beaches at the far ends of the country.
The rooms smelled like there was excess humidity in the room. We were so tired, we just went to bed but the smell was not good.

close to the airport

Only stayed there because of location and an early flight the next morning. Was pricey but I guess that is because of proximity to airport.

One night stay

Location: Located across street from Denny's, a casino, and a nice restaurant specializing in local food. Noise from overhead planes less than expected
Great check-in; room as described, clean and comfortable. Had problem with hotel Wifi, but employee came to room within 5 minutes to fix. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Check out fine, A/P shuttle clean and on time. Highly recommend

Good hotel close to airport

Pros: The staff, pool, cleanliness. Very good restaurant polos right across street. Had supper the night we arrived and lunch again the next day
Cons: Musty smell and bed
Location: Do not know. Only stayed one night
We stayed one night waiting for rest of family to arrive. Hotel staff was exceptional. Only complaint, room had a musty smell and the bed was not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful. Very clean and breakfast was good

The beds are terrible.

The bed feel Like sleeping on a box spring vs a mattress. There were 3 of us and we all had problems. Many people on the airport shuttle complained as well. They should fix thrhis and then would be a great airport hotel.
