One of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great price! Will def stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice for the price

Pros: Location. Close to downtown.
Cons: Squeaky door.
Location: I attended the San Jose Jazz festival. The location was ideal and light trail right out front.
All was good except for the squeaky door (which I mentioned to hotel staff). Ivy who was at the front desk immediately called facilities to have it addressed. I was impressed by her quick response.

W We would stay here on our next trip.e enjoyed our stay, the location was good easy to find. The room was clean and nice relaxing bed.

Good location

Walls are so thin and could hear noises. House keepers are making a lot of noises from early in the morning. Location is very good here. Railway station is in front of the hotel. 7 eleven is close by. If you are not booking directly via their website, they treat you a little bit different.

I was very happy with the location, I really like that every where I went from the hotel was close, staff was very nice, room was very comfortable and clean.
