Going down hill fast

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need much improvement. My bathroom had bugs all over it. No easy place to plug in phone to recharge in main room.
Location: Del Rey, Key Largo
Needs to be fixed up. It is in disrepair. No place to plug in my phone easily, had to move night stand back and forth. No towels for bathroom floor, they said the dryer was broken. Bugs in bathroom. Windows don't close well, Curtains don't close well. Phone is the cheapest I've ever seen.

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Tv lacks external connnection for DVD or gaming systems
Breakfast was better the last visit. They cut out the fruit in the morning and no longer served omelette or pancakes.

Nice hotel close to downtown and attractions

Very nice hotel. Hotel staff were great. Felt like family. Hotel clean and close to everything. Hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I will stay again.

Better tomorrow. Overall.

Pros: I appreciated the cost per night, location and staff.
Cons: Change the carpet, wall A/C unit and the tv.
Location: This hotel is centrally located for restaurants, clubs and museums plus. I would stay again. A junior suite until the other rooms are completed.
Some rooms have reached there time in service. In some aspects. The carpet, the wall A/C and the tv needs upgrades like yesterday. In this line of priorities. Past those points I was satisfied with my stay.

I enjoy staying here. I can go to local grocery store and buy cffee to bring home for 1/3 the price at the airport

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Overall condition a bit rundown and noise level of traffic pretty high.
The staff are the biggest asset including in particular the two receptionists Maddt and Javier.

Terrific staff

Pros: The staff are always available to help out and the maids were quite trustworthy and helped return two shirts I forgot upon leaving.
Cons: The noise level would be decreased if the windows were replaced
Location: Good location with everything nearby
The two receptionists Javier and Masddy were a terrific and pleasant help. I called prior to arrival to Masddy and she arranged the room and floor I requested as well as helped me with other issues so my arrival was completely satisfactory and a joy - particularly appreciated after a long flight.

Excelent location and Best Staff in San Jose

Pros: Definitely the staff, they are excelent, they treat you with love and like if you were their family, not a customer.
Cons: I think that this hotel need some improve about the condition of the bathrooms and the rooms in general. The building is old and need some restoration
Location: The location is perfect with everything around, restaurants, cafeterias, shoping stores, nice girls and everything in a walking distance. Excelent.
The hotel Morazan is an old hotel with an excelent location and the best staff that you can find any place. They clean the room every day and they change the towels and the bed stuff every day also. Griselda, Grace Guido, Daisy and their chief Grace take care in excelent manner about that. You have every day a nice and fresh breakfast in the restaurant and served with love for Fabiola, Maria Fernanda, Jonathan and the chief Alex. When you arrive the people in the reception "Rickie" Ricardo, Nidia, Mosdy, Javier and Esteban do and really and warm welcome. I was feeling like home in the hotel. r
