Going down hill fast

Posted Feb 13, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need much improvement. My bathroom had bugs all over it. No easy place to plug in phone to recharge in main room.
Location: Del Rey, Key Largo
Needs to be fixed up. It is in disrepair. No place to plug in my phone easily, had to move night stand back and forth. No towels for bathroom floor, they said the dryer was broken. Bugs in bathroom. Windows don't close well, Curtains don't close well. Phone is the cheapest I've ever seen.

Better tomorrow. Overall.

Posted Jan 2, 2017
Pros: I appreciated the cost per night, location and staff.
Cons: Change the carpet, wall A/C unit and the tv.
Location: This hotel is centrally located for restaurants, clubs and museums plus. I would stay again. A junior suite until the other rooms are completed.
Some rooms have reached there time in service. In some aspects. The carpet, the wall A/C and the tv needs upgrades like yesterday. In this line of priorities. Past those points I was satisfied with my stay.

The staff are the biggest asset.

Posted Dec 29, 2016
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Overall condition a bit rundown and noise level of traffic pretty high.
The staff are the biggest asset including in particular the two receptionists Maddt and Javier.

Terrific staff

Posted Dec 26, 2016
Pros: The staff are always available to help out and the maids were quite trustworthy and helped return two shirts I forgot upon leaving.
Cons: The noise level would be decreased if the windows were replaced
Location: Good location with everything nearby
The two receptionists Javier and Masddy were a terrific and pleasant help. I called prior to arrival to Masddy and she arranged the room and floor I requested as well as helped me with other issues so my arrival was completely satisfactory and a joy - particularly appreciated after a long flight.

Excelent location and Best Staff in San Jose

Posted Dec 21, 2016
Pros: Definitely the staff, they are excelent, they treat you with love and like if you were their family, not a customer.
Cons: I think that this hotel need some improve about the condition of the bathrooms and the rooms in general. The building is old and need some restoration
Location: The location is perfect with everything around, restaurants, cafeterias, shoping stores, nice girls and everything in a walking distance. Excelent.
The hotel Morazan is an old hotel with an excelent location and the best staff that you can find any place. They clean the room every day and they change the towels and the bed stuff every day also. Griselda, Grace Guido, Daisy and their chief Grace take care in excelent manner about that. You have every day a nice and fresh breakfast in the restaurant and served with love for Fabiola, Maria Fernanda, Jonathan and the chief Alex. When you arrive the people in the reception "Rickie" Ricardo, Nidia, Mosdy, Javier and Esteban do and really and warm welcome. I was feeling like home in the hotel. r

Nice hotel, excellent staff, but noisy

Posted Dec 18, 2016
Pros: The staff as well as the breakfast
Cons: The rooms need to have heavier glass to reduce the noise.
This hotel is good for the price but there are almost no rooms that are quiet - they either have heavy traffic noise or disco noise from the adjacent club. The staff however, was always extremely helpful and quite friendly. I would particularly like to commend the receptionist, Javier, for always working quite hard to resolve any issues and get things done in an efficient and very pleasant manner.

Only for a short stay or a single purpose

Posted Nov 18, 2016
Fair price only for location and willingness to accommodate people visiting. If that's not what your looking for be advised AC sounds like a semi truck and is basically a fan. Bathroom is acceptable however the floor drains do not have proper sewage gas flow back prevention. Thus even with the vent on full time it smells of sewage permanently. Finally, the sad reality is its not a dangerous neighbourhood, however there is an abundance of addicted homeless people in the parks around the hotel. I was not able to go out the lobby for a smoke in over a dozen times without being aggressively harassed by the homeless for Coin or to give cigarettes or buy drugs from them. In fairness it is not the hotels fault, what is their fault is that as Lovely as the staff always were to guest I felt a lack of presence at the front door to help eliminate the panhandling in the very front entry. Finally, the breakfast was spectacular. Didn't enjoy lunch or dinner menu except the soup was amazing. The setting on the second floor with open windows was an amazing feeling. Pls be ware the heavy bus horn use and also the service was poor at restaurant. So if your looking for a location, a place that allows "friends" and a quick short stay for a decent price then maybe this is an option. Otherwise RUN!
