So the Hotel it self I would say is one of the most safe hotels I ever been too. They have security at every door and they check each person who visits the hotel who is not a guess. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to assist your needs. The only warning I would give is there is a park near by that I would do my best to avoid which isn't any fault of the hotel but if safety is your concern this place is a 10/10

Rudest Staff. Only thing they say when you ask about something. They don’t understand. Breakfast included with room but when you go in restaurant, they have different level attitude.

The bar at the first floor tried to rip me off. They charged me about $65 for a bottle of beer. They did not give me a receipt so I did not know at that moment, and I realized it by checking my debit card account. I talked to the receptionist/accountant about it, and they said they would refund it within 8-10 days. (Although more than 10 days have passed, I have not received yet.) They told me it was an accident, but I cannot believe it considering the amount. (How can you charge $60 for $15 beer accidentally?) So, if you would like to stay at this hotel, just be careful.

This property is in excellent conditions, the attendants they are very nice, this is an excellent place to be in the center of San José just walking, this is the place where you have the nicest ladies in San José, the area is perfect for everything, (eat, shopping, walk, etc) is safe and the people working in the hotel make you feel at home. The rooms are cleaned every day and Sharon, Nacho, Mario and Oscar are ready to help you in the reception 24 hours a day. The property has an excellent restaurant with art articles and paints from the best local artists. Michelle is a beautiful lady that takes care of you and in the Bar with Stephanie and other ladies. In general be there is an unique experience for the man that is looking for the best!!
