The hotel has great amenities and is in a relative accessible area. The room was extremely basic and poorly furnished. With a little effort this hotel has great potential. The pool and gym were great though.

I couldnt ask for a better boutique hotel. If i was to add anything it would be an in hour Spa.

We arrived at our room late evening & when we went to bed one side of the bed was sagging. Next morning we told desk staff & gave permission for them to enter the room while we were out. When we returned at 4pm nothing had been done. At 5 they came to examine bed & discovered one side of bed was busted. When they removed the mattress pad there was a huge stain on it. Bed & mattress were replaced. We spoke to manager & asked for a refund for one night as we thought this was a fair request. He informed us he had to speak to his supervisor. Came back & offered to move us to another room. As we only had another two nights we said seeing that the bed had been replaced we’d just stay but would like a refund. This was refused & we were offer a cocktail & a free lunch buffet. Not sure why they refused a refund. We could see that the manager had to do what his supervisor had told him. The staff were very friendly & helpful but the fact that the bed was broken & the mattress stained really put a damper on our stay. Restaurant & pool we’re very clean & well maintained
